CM&F Group Partners with the Physician Associate Foundation
CM&F’s generous contribution will support PAF’s PA Week and Giving Tuesday fundraising efforts
October 10, 2025
The Physician Associate Foundation (PAF) is proud to announce a generous $10,000 contribution from CM&F Group, a longtime advocate and supporter of physician associates. The funds will support PAF’s IMPACT Grant program during PA Week and its broader mission-driven work for Giving Tuesday, all aimed at advancing PA-led efforts to transform health and change lives.
The PA profession is built on a foundation of service, access to care, and innovation in healthcare delivery. These values align deeply with CM&F’s mission of supporting healthcare professionals through affordable, reliable liability insurance, and CM&F’s long-standing commitment to the advancement of the PA profession.
Supporting the Future of the Profession
PAF provides funding opportunities for PAs in various practice settings and roles. Part of CM&F’s contribution directly supports PAF’s IMPACT Grant program, which supports patient-centered, community-based health projects that demonstrate an impact on patient health outcomes. The IMPACT Grant is a powerful tool in helping PAs make meaningful, on-the-ground change in their communities.

The second half of the donation, timed with Giving Tuesday, will help fuel PAF’s year-end fundraising efforts and provide direct support to initiatives that empower PAs—from PA student scholarships to leadership development programs and community health outreach.
A Trusted Ally to PAs
CM&F Group has offered professional liability insurance tailored to the needs of PAs in all practice settings for decades. In fact, discounted coverage is available to all AAPA members in AAPA’s Member Discount Program. But their support goes beyond insurance: They are committed to standing with PAs as advocates, innovators, and leaders in medicine.
“We are deeply grateful to CM&F for their continued generosity and support of the PA profession,” said AAPA Chief Medical Officer and PAF Executive Director, Jennifer M. Kolb, DMSc, PA-C, DFAAPA. “Their investment will not only help expand access to care but also strengthen the future of our profession by empowering PAs who are making a real difference in their communities.”
