Join us for this 3-CME Workshop – where science, purpose, and practice unite to create lasting change for both you and your patients.
Delivered through a blend of in-person lectures, reflective exercises, and interactive, case-based discussions, the program provides a strong foundation in the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and a coach-based approach to sustainable behavior change. Six pillars include: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Restorative Sleep, Stress Management, Social Connection, and Substance Use Avoidance.
